These Terms of Use govern your use of the Healthy Driver mobile application and any related services (the “App”).

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App
• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Accounts
If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Personal data (including wellbeing-related inputs such as mood, stress, or sleep) may be processed
• Data may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf

Third-Party Services and Platform
The App is provided using third-party infrastructure and services, including:

• Passion.io (application platform provider)
• Amazon Web Services (hosting infrastructure)
• Google, Apple and other providers (authentication, analytics, payments)

These providers may process data as necessary to deliver the App.

We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and policies.

In-App Purchases and Payments
Certain features may require payment.

All payments are processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe). We do not store payment card details.

Refunds and billing are handled in accordance with the relevant platform provider’s terms.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by Healthy Driver or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
The App provides general wellbeing and educational content only.

It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should seek professional advice before making health-related decisions.

Security and User Responsibility
While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Using the App in a safe and responsible manner

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Driver shall not be liable for:

• Issues arising from third-party services
